The BrickKicker training program offers a proven, trusted standard of quality that is accepted and acknowledged by major industry associations and many practicing experts. To provide each franchisee a distinguished credential, we have established our own training entity, BrickKicker University (BKU). You will receive instruction and practice from experienced industry professionals. Our own staff as well as outside specialist provide a thorough and practical understanding of the home inspection business. Upon successful completion of the BKU training curricula, you will be come certified as a Residential Building Consultant (RBC) -- a designation exclusive to The BrickKicker.

Our home-office operation, housed within the National Headquarters facility, performs thousands of inspections annually. During your training, you will observe how a successful home inspection business is operated. In addition, you will participate in local market inspections being performed for home buyers.

Review your Qualification Criteria

The first step toward The BrickKicker is gauging and determining your level of interest and basic qualifications. These may include local licensing requirements. This happens right here by filling out our interest survey.

Once we have received your background information, a Franchise Sales Representative will personally contact you and answer any questions you might have.

Franchise Disclosure Documents

After talking with a Franchise Sales Rep, you will be offered a copy of our FDD. This document will further explain the system and franchise requirements.

A Couple of Assessments

The Franchise Sales Rep will review a background check and any supporting information you can present about technical experience and inspection history. Inspection history is absolutely not necessary, but welcomed.

Schedule Training

This is the most exciting step because you are almost there. We mutually schedule the best time to begin your training. In some cases, they might even be initiated through a distance learning program and could begin at home.

Celebrate with your Community

Our market "Kick-Start" visit is timed to personally work with you in responding and overcoming the obstacles presented by your marketplace. Upon this visit, a representative from The BrickKicker National Headquarters will assist with guidance and consultation, help refine marketing strategies and assess the implementation of control systems and procedures.
