Our home-office operation, housed within our National Headquarters facility, performs thousands of inspections annually. As a franchisee, you are immediately associated with an organization familiar with the challenges at each stage of a growing business…because we continue to live it every day.
The BrickKicker training program offers a trusted standard of quality that is accepted and acknowledged by major industry associations and many practicing experts. To provide each franchisee a distinguished credential, we have established our own training entity, The BrickKicker University (BKU). You will receive instruction and practice from experienced industry professionals. Our own staff as well as outside specialists provide a thorough and practical understanding of the home inspection business. Upon completion of the BKU training curricula, you will become certified as a Residential and Commercial Building Consultant (RCBC) – a designation exclusive to The BrickKicker. During your training, you will get to observe how a successful home inspection business operates.
Our home-office operation, housed within the National Franchising Headquarters facility, performs thousands of inspections annually. This allows you to observe how we schedule, perform, and manage such a business. In addition, you will participate in live inspections performed by our local team.
We have also partnered with the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI) and the Certified Commercial Property Inspectors Association (CCPIA). These partnerships allow you access to their superior distance learning programs and continuing education. This will help streamline your training and may also provide you with your State Licensing requirements where applicable.
Ongoing support is never more than a call, email or text away.
We are available to answer any questions about business operations, licensing, training, or anything else related to the inspection business.
The BrickKicker has a deep history in pushing a sales / marketing strategy. We create new and unique collateral on a regular basis for your use as well as a custom landing page and other digital resources. This is all designed to help you and your franchise.
Having access to a multi-inspector operation gives us hundreds of years of combined experience on all aspects or components of the building, residential or commercial. With a wide range of systems or platforms being used to schedule, report, market and collect payment. We have figured out the tricks to make your inspection process and business efficient and profitable.
The first step toward The BrickKicker is gauging and determining your level of interest and basic qualifications. You do not have to have construction experience but you should have the desire to help homebuyers achieve their dream of homeownership. This may also include local licensing requirements. This happens right here by filling our interest survey.
Once we have received your background information or survey, a Franchise Sales Representative will personally contact you and answer any questions you might have.
After speaking with the Franchise Sales Representative, you will be offered a copy of our Federal Disclosure Document (FDD). This document will further explain the system and franchise requirements.
The Franchise Sales Representative will review a background check and any supporting information you can present about technical experience and inspection history. Inspection history is absolutely not necessary, but welcomed.
This is the most exciting step because you are almost there. Some franchises will elect to have portions of their training supplied through a distance learning program through the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI) while other like a live face-to-face training program. We mutually schedule the best time to begin your training.
Our market “Kick-Start” visit is timed to personally work with you in responding and overcoming the obstacles presented by your marketplace. Upon this visit, a representative for The BrickKicker National Headquarters will assist with guidance and consultation, help refine marketing strategies and assess the implementation of control systems and procedures.
