The BrickKicker training program offers a trusted quality standard accepted and acknowledged by major industry associations and many practicing experts. To provide each prospective BrickKicker with a distinguished credential, we have established our training entity, The BrickKicker University (BKU).
You will receive customized instruction and practice from experienced industry professionals. Our staff and outside specialists provide a thorough and practical understanding of the inspection business. Upon completing the BKU training curricula, you will become certified as a Residential and Commercial Building Consultant (RCBC) – a designation exclusive to The BrickKicker. During your training, you will observe how a successful inspection business operates.
Our home office operation, housed within our National Headquarters facility, performs thousands of inspections annually. This lets you observe how we schedule, execute, and manage such a business. In addition, you will participate in live inspections performed by our local team.
We have also partnered with the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI), the Certified Commercial Property Inspectors Association (CCPIA), and the InspectionGo (iGo) community. These partnerships allow access to their superior distance learning programs, continuing education, coaching, business playbooks, HomeBinder, RepairPricer, and so much more, which will help streamline your training and give you confidence that you have quality resources at your fingertips.

Once we have received your background information or survey, a key member of The BrickKicker leadership team will personally contact you and answer any questions you might have.
After speaking with the company owner, you will receive a copy of our Trademark License Use Agreement and Policies and our list of BK-supported offerings. This document will further explain the systems and licensee requirements.

Some licensees will elect to navigate as much of the initial ramp-up as they can on their own, while others will expect a step-by-step playbook. This is when we will review your goals and current business structure and begin to put together the timeline of events to get you to your opening day.
The best way to open the doors to your new inspection business is to actively engage in and participate in the community you wish to serve. We can help you with the planning, rollout, and follow-up to your grand opening to ensure you start out on the right momentum. The home office will be in your corner, ready to help you implement your local strategy.
