I recommend Rod very highly. His inspection report is very detailed and right to the point. He offers suggestions to help remedy the much smaller issues that can be done by ourselves over time. He is very concerned about his customers and wants to make sure his clients understand the issues that are serious or could be serious in the near future. He offers suggestions for these problems too. The photos he takes “ tell it all” and specifically show where the issues are inside or outside of the home. I am a first time home buyer and and this process can be overwhelming. My realtor gave me 3 contacts, but highly recommended Rod. So, I called him and we set up the appointment. There was a blackout for several days in Columbus, but thankfully the house had electricity long enough for him to do the inspection. Rod was very personable and explained everything as we went through the house. He answered all of my questions and offered his honest thoughts on the home. He even offered advice on how to fix problems and told me which things were more urgent than others. I would highly recommended him others.

To start, Brian accommodated all my schedule changes. When the day came he showed up on time.
