11 Month Inspections

If a new construction inspection identifies issues prior to purchase or finish of a newly built home, the 11 month inspection is the inspection performed just prior to the end of the new construction warranty period. This might be the last time a home buyer can identify and voice concerns to the builder prior to the warranty expiration.
